We continue to share with you the daily lives of the men and women who represent La Corvette every day. Afterwards, Hecham, engineer of the saponification process and Jean-Jacques our salesmanVittorio, collector of the Musée de la Savonnerie du Midi in Marseille.
Between books, old soaps, photographs, washing boards, chromos and bathtubs, Vittorio and his wife Josette have been passionate about the history of Marseille soap for over 20 years.
Their private collection of over 250 treasures has been stored in our factory since 2010. First exhibited for the European Heritage Days, these unique objects are now displayed in our Museum which opened its doors last December!
In the heart of the factory around the cauldron room, you will meet Vittorio for a historical tour of one of the last historical soap factories in the region.
